This puff sleeve blouse features a square neckline and deep peplum and is in the wonderful vintage Kimiko polished cotton

The puff sleeves have extra wide elastic and can be pushed up the arms to increase the ‘puff’

Size 2- better suited to approx UK 12-14, please see measurements

38” bust / 23” length / measures 39 around peplum seam

It can be worn loose, belted or you can tuck the peplum in high waisted trousers or skirt (see last pic!)
