DELIVERY

For bespoke orders please allow approximately 3-4 weeks from ordering. If you require a garment for a specific date, please let me know and I will endeavour to prioritise your order.

Ready to wear items will be shipped within 3 working days.

Ready to wear purchases are sent via Royal Mail First Class Delivery and cost a flat rate of £4.50. Special Delivery can be sent on urgent orders for £8.50.

RETURNS

I want you to love your NPB garments and cherish them for years to come. If, however you are unhappy with a purchase, please get in touch ASAP via the contact page or email me at naomipurkissboutique@gmail.com  

For custom made items I can offer alterations or an exchange.  For ready to wear items bought from stock I can offer alterations, exchange or a refund. The customer is responsible for postage costs, please return your item within 7 days of delivery via a tracked service.  Your refund will be processed on receipt of the garment providing it is in a resalable condition.
